How I Whiten My Teeth At Home



As asked by many this is a video on how I whiten my teeth at home. This has worked for me for years, it may not work for you, its just a tip I am sharing. Do not over do it as it may lead to you weakening your enamel.

I only do it ONCE a WEEK, because I have SENSITIVE teeth and as you know too much of anything is bad for you, so please dont over do it, you will end up toothless lol and I will not go to prision for your toothless ass if you over do it. :P


1. Can I use this technique if I have braces- NO, your teeth will end up white and areas covered by braces will be dark.- Simply what till you no longer wear braces.

2. How many times a week should I do this?- ONCE A WEEK- if you do it more, you may cause sensitivity with to your teeth.


3. If I do not have limes or lemon what could I use to replace them?- You could replace them with water to make the paste.


4. Do you do this before or after brushing your teeth?- I do this at night time, after I have finished brushing my teeth with regular tooth paste.


5. Does this actually work? - Ofcourse it does, I would not be making this video if it did not. I also have had people send my before and after pictures. Try it yourself and see the results.

6. How old can I be to try this. - I will not obviously do this on toddlers. Apart from that as long as you do it ONCE a week, you will be fine.

Countless individuals will soon assemble in small and large groups around the nation and the globe alike in protest against Monsanto's genetic manipulation of the food supply. Organized under the May 25th movement known as the 'March on Monsanto', the massive new rally reveals how the grassroots public has truly had enough of Monsanto's monopoly on the many staple crops that have quickly been sucked into Monsanto's genetically modified tycoon.

It's virtually impossible these days to enter a grocery store, even one bearing the title of 'natural', and not encounter at least a few items that contain genetically modified ingredients. And for quite some time, this fact was not even known to the large majority of the United States public. Many simply did not even know what a GMO was, or what it could potentially do to their bodies (or the bodies of the children who they were feeding with genetically engineered processed food).

This, of course, stems from the fact that the FDA and Monsanto have decided that you aren't allowed to know if your food contains GMOs. Even despite the fact that peer-reviewed research has pegged Monsanto's best selling herbicide Roundup (which is a key part of Monsanto's Roundup-ready GMO crops) to around 37 associated diseases, the FDA says it's perfectly safe. So safe that it's not even necessary to label in your food. So very safe that the only study that ever examined how Roundup and GMOs affect rats throughout their lifetime found that the rats developed tumors so large that it impacted their very ability to move.

It's madness that has been identified for a long time by alternative news writers and readers, but thanks to the success of Prop 37 and other initiatives it has now hit the general public — and they're not happy.

The Grassroots Will End Monsanto

Now enter campaigns like the March on Monsanto, which is slated to happen around the world on May 25th. It's a grassroots event that has turned into a major organized movement thanks to countless local activists. The event is going on in major cities like San Diego and New York City, to small towns and even rural areas. It's all being organized online via an open Google Document, where you can find the protest nearest to you and be a part of it. There's also many open slots for organizers and speakers, so if you're interested in that be sure to check that out as well.

The beauty of these events is that they are really the most effective at taking down any type of corrupt entity, as the grassroots aspect just empowers so many individuals without an underlying motivation for profits or anything of that sort. It really just comes down to people who want to eat real food and not some junk that's spliced with the genetics of a spider. Or more importantly, the few people who understand that if we don't stop genetically modified organisms today, they will develop technologically into what's known as things like 'biopharmaceutical' crops tomorrow.

I've said this back in 2011 and 2012, and I really do believe the grassroots will destroy Monsanto within the next 3-4 years (at most). The company has gotten away with Agent Orange and the hundreds of thousands of deaths from that, it has gotten away with horrendous pollution dumps, it has truly gotten away with so much that the average 'small business' (a business that isn't in bed with the government agencies policing it) would never be able to. And the people aren't having it anymore.

Checkout March Against Monsanto and head to a local event. Hand out some printed articles on GMOs from NaturalSociety or elsewhere, and just try and spread the word in a kind and inviting way to the general public

Step 1: Take cold showers

Step 5: Get intense bursts of exercise
Get short, intense bursts of aerobic exercise for a few minutes every day, whether it's sprinting for a few blocks or pedaling on a stationary bicycle at the most difficult setting you can handle. A study indicated this kind of exercise can speed your metabolism in just two weeks.

Step 6: Lift weights
Take up weight training. Building muscle increases your resting metabolic rate, the number of calories your body burns when it's doing nothing at all. Some research has shown that weight training can raise a person's resting metabolic rate by 15 percent in 12 weeks.

Tip
Lifting free weights builds muscles more efficiently than lifting on weight machines.

Step 7: Fidget!
Move around more during the day, even if it's just small movements while sitting. Studies show that naturally thin people fidget more than heavier people. And fidgeting is a lot easier than working out!

The first step in your facial is cleansing. Cleansing is necessary to remove makeup and dirt what clogs your pores.

Exfoliation, also known as scrubbing, is performed to remove dead cells on the outer layer of your skin. Exfoliation is a crucial part when doing a facial.

Moisturizing your skin and keeping it well hydrated is an important step to follow. It helps the skin to maintain its normal moisture balance, puts lost moisture back into your skin and it also helps create the perfect base for your foundation.

The final step when doing a facial is to apply moisturizer. Apply the eye cream on the eye area and a normal moisturizer over your face. The will restore the moisture balance. It is also necessary to apply the moisturizer so that it can form the ideal base when applying your foundation.

Step 1: Talk to yourself
Handwrite or type an overview of the story, translating from emotional concept to concrete story idea. Expand on the story and subplots.

Step 2: Outline the story
Break the story into inciting incident, problem, and solution. This outline, which will be broken into three acts, will trace the threat, the fight, and the conquest.

Tip
Join a writers club, or take an extended learning class on novel writing class.

Step 3: Create the protagonist
Create your lead character or protagonist and other principals, working out the back story or history of that person, their wants and needs, friends, family, schooling -- everything you can imagine

Step 4: Detail protagonist
Detail the protagonist's philosophical and immediate motivations. What is the conflict within? Who blocks his efforts in the real world? Then build your villain, the one blocking the protagonist, in the same way.

Step 5: Build characters
Build each supporting character and their back story. Write a treatment tracing how each plays into the main dramatic action, with one event leading to another.

Step 6: Redraft the idea
Redraft your original idea and story arc to adjust for what you have learned so far. Include only information that adds to the story or enhances the characters.

Tip
None of this needs to be perfect, nor does the novel have to remotely resemble your plans and outlines. You are charting a path to tell the story.

Step 7: Write every day
Write five or six good pages every day, even if you throw most of it out the next day. Quality in writing is achieved through rewriting.

Don't make a decision on a whim, because the impact on others could be grave.

Step 7: Rely on gut
Rely on your gut when sorting out information is difficult. Your intuition is often accurate and over-thinking can muddle the process if apply logic exclusively.

Step 8: Reflect on what they will recall
Envision how you will be thought of after you've gone, based on the decisions you've made. Most of us want to be known as fair, so see yourself and your responsibilities to others as they might.

Step 1: Gauge his interest

Step 5: Talk about what you like
Mention something you like -- a type of food, a local sports team -- and see what he says. It's human nature to respond positively when someone we like gives their opinion.

Tip
Ask him to help you with something, whether it's carrying a heavy item or giving you advice. Guys love to "rescue" girls.

Step 6: Drop a hint
Drop a hint like, "I'm hoping to catch a game the next time the team is in town," and see what he says. It will provide an opening even the shyest guy can't ignore!

Step 7: Ask him out
He's not biting? Ask him out. It's the fastest way to find out his feelings for sure.

You will need:
* White Shorts or cutoff pants -Mine are from TJ Maxx
* RIT fabric dye (petal pink&purple)- Michaels
* Iodized salt- grocery
* Scissors ( optional: for distressing) - Target
* Bucket or Bowl (that is NOT used for food etc) - Target
* Disposable gloves - dollar store
* Brads/Studs (optional: for studding) - Michaels

** SIDE NOTE: Be sure to rinse with very cold water after letting sit overnight. Then you can dry them in the dryer, but make sure they are by themselves! Also, wash & dry them alone the FIRST time to ensure the dye doesnt transfer to other clothing.

How quick freeze water in seconds [ALLOWING PREP TIME!!!]




Step by Step

1) Get a bottle of mineral water (Tap Water doesn't work very well)
2) Place the bottle in your freezer for 2-4 hours depending on your freezer
3) Take it out the freezer (trying not to agitate it too much)
4) Smack it hard on a hard surface (eg. Work top or stone/concrete floor)

Hope This Helps You 1. Roughly 70 percent of an adult's body is made up of water.
2. At birth, water accounts for approximately 80 percent of an infant's body weight.
3. A healthy person can drink about three gallons (48 cups) of water per day.
4. Drinking too much water too quickly can lead to water intoxication. Water intoxication occurs when water dilutes the sodium level in the bloodstream and causes an imbalance of water in the brain.
5. Water intoxication is most likely to occur during periods of intense athletic performance.
6. While the daily recommended amount of water is eight cups per day, not all of this water must be consumed in the liquid form. Nearly every food or drink item provides some water to the body.
7. Soft drinks, coffee, and tea, while made up almost entirely of water, also contain caffeine. Caffeine can act as a mild diuretic, preventing water from traveling to necessary locations in the body.
8. Pure water (solely hydrogen and oxygen atoms) has a neutral pH of 7, which is neither acidic nor basic.
9. Water dissolves more substances than any other liquid. Wherever it travels, water carries chemicals, minerals, and nutrients with it.
10. Somewhere between 70 and 75 percent of the earth's surface is covered with water.
11. Much more fresh water is stored under the ground in aquifers than on the earth's surface.
12. The earth is a closed system, similar to a terrarium, meaning that it rarely loses or gains extra matter. The same water that existed on the earth millions of years ago is still present today.
13. The total amount of water on the earth is about 326 million cubic miles of water.
14. Of all the water on the earth, humans can used only about three tenths of a percent of this water. Such usable water is found in groundwater aquifers, rivers, and freshwater lakes.
15. The United States uses about 346,000 million gallons of fresh water every day.
16. The United States uses nearly 80 percent of its water for irrigation and thermoelectric power.
17. The average person in the United States uses anywhere from 80-100 gallons of water per day. Flushing the toilet actually takes up the largest amount of this water.
18. Approximately 85 percent of U.S. residents receive their water from public water facilities. The remaining 15 percent supply their own water from private wells or other sources.
19. By the time a person feels thirsty, his or her body has lost over 1 percent of its total water amount.
20. The weight a person loses directly after intense physical activity is weight from water, not fat.

Do you frequently feel uncomfortable inside social environments? Do you want to know how to have self confidence? Perhaps you are overly shy? Or your stomach ties up in knots when approaching someone even just to say "Hi!"

Well the great news is the fact that there are lots of methods which you are able to use that will help you overcome this problem of social shyness or anxiety. I'm going to share one of my favorites below. But first, we will talk about 3 essential points that have to be highlighted (so imagine them covered with ink from a vibrant yellow Fluoro highlighter pen...or what the heck I can actually do this myself)

1. Do not expect waking up with the confidence of Tony Robbins overnight. All changes happen in little small steps and actions. Make the effort to push yourself slowly just a bit every day. And celebrate your victories, no matter how little they're. These small victories will help you grow into a more confident person.

2. The very best way to overcome a fear is by facing it. What I'm presenting here is the 1 method to develop the courage to face your fear. What you'll need to do though is not only use it and stop here, but also search out an entire artillery technique also. And use them! Some methods may be more suitable for certain situations. I'll give you more tips on this in a future article.

3. As always, if your social shyness or anxiousness is causing BIG problems and difficulties in your life, please consider speaking to a doctor or a specialist. They will be able to expand on this technique, and offer you with many more. They really can help.
So, as promised, here's certainly one of my favorite techniques for helping you really feel more confident as around other individuals in a social scenario. It is extremely powerful and effective.

That power is compassion.

It resides inside all of us, although it lies asleep in the majority of people; it's almost as a luxury we feel we cannot afford just yet. Perhaps something we'll get about to explore when we get over our problems and start feeling happy about ourselves. But, how can we be compassionate towards others when we do not even really feel great about ourselves?

Is that what you believe?
Well, I think we're better off by taking a look at issues from a different perspective. One that sees compassion not only as a tool for helping others, but additionally for helping ourselves.

So, how do we use compassion within this situation?
SEE THE OTHER People as if you're looking at a mirror. They are JUST LIKE YOU!
They're human. Somewhere within them they have fears, problems and concerns too. Their fears might not be visible to you on the surface, but they're there. We're all human. They are also stuck in the same box of society and this strange and challenging life. We are all trying to survive in this jungle.

All of us desire human contact!
We all want friendship!
We all desire to be loved!

So before approaching somebody, remind yourself that they as well might have difficulties relating to others. They might be waiting for someone to talk to about their issues and their concerns. They might be waiting for someone just like you, who can comprehend them and accept the with all their fears. Someone just like you, having a heart filled with compassion and love. And perhaps in time, if a friendship develops, you will be able to help them immensely in the future.

Why does this work? Merely because it takes away the attention off you, and places it onto the other individual. How are you able to help them? How can you be their friend in a time of need?

Obviously, do not force yourself towards them with these concerns straight. It really doesn't matter what happens after. But it's logical to see that it would not be suitable in most social circumstances to try to act as Mother Teresa around someone, especially in the event you don't know the person. Just focus and try to create a space for them, so they might understand or perceive that they're just like you. They as well are human.
Now that you know How To Have Self Confidence, go ahead and begin the conversation.
Talk to them, learn about them, and their interests. This may lead nowhere or probably, it could develop into one of the best friendships of your life. No one knows.
They're just like you. So there's no need to be afraid. They also want somebody to talk to. Help yourself by helping them!

You could let your shyness or anxiousness be a negative force of fear inside yourself, or you use it to let it build your compassion towards others who are also facing their very own demons. Choose compassion! In return, you'll also be helping yourself to grow as a person and open your heart, this way effortlessly overcoming your own fears, one conversation at a time.

Why do we get stressed is a common question asked when looking for answers behind stressful moments. What a major breakthrough that would be if we could pinpoint exactly what it is that triggers these stressful bouts - but because we all differ in so many ways then trying to decipher what brings these moments to ahead can be very difficult.

Stressful moments can be brought on by many happenings or mishaps. In a stressful situation a sufferer may feel and experience loss of control of their body actions and emotions which they find is out of their jurisdiction. Stress hormones escalate out of control - this then activates an energetic flush of hormone release which speeds up the beat of the heart to pump faster which then causes muscle tension followed by accelerated breathing. These are not unusual reactions when stressful moments kick in

Other painful ailments suffered by a patient suffering from stress is migraine, back ache, palpitations, perspiration and high blood pressure - these symptoms are all common partners of stress. (Not in everyone) You may find a change in personality where you become touchy and irritable. Different reactions for different people - in some people the effects of stress may contribute to why they develop ulcers cold sores, and heart disease. Once again this does not apply to every one.

There are many stress related factors but the two main stressors are the internal an external - the outer one of the two can be brought on by a bereavement, debt or even a break up of a long time relationship. The other stress factor is where you yourself instigate the situation furthermore by forcefully contributing with the intake of certain matters that are not agreeable to the condition. Alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and many more along with environmental toxins are all chemical substances to be avoided because of how they exhaust the body of energy.

Cutting down or cutting out on your intake of these sources is not the cure but most definitely soothes the condition from flaring up to stages of severity. However, there are various techniques used to help combat stressful moments.

If you can label and identify the reason to why your physical and mental doings take place then there is a possibility that you can calm the condition. By ignoring the signs and symptoms of stress you may hamper your chances of ever having peace of mind thus intensifying the pain causing unnecessary suffering.

Proven techniques practiced to today by millions to help with stress relief and pressure is to take up yoga exercise. Exercise therapy controls the build up of stress hormones. Mental exercises like Yoga meditation is a form of mind control exercise. By controlling the nervous system with relaxation classes you claim back control of your life - your emotions - your feelings - your actions and all because you did it the natural way.

How to Cook Chicken Curry



pounds chicken pieces or 1 ½ boneless skinless chicken

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 cardamom pods (optional)

1 2-inch piece of cinnamon stick (optional)

1 medium onion, finely chopped

4 garlic cloves, chopped

2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped

1 medium tomato, finely chopped

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 tablespoons coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, coarsely ground

1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Remove the skin and all visible fat from the chicken pieces. (I often have the butcher clean the chicken.) Cut 2-3 slits, 1 inch long and 1/2 inch deep, in each piece of chicken. Set aside.

Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and fry for 3-5 minutes, turning the pieces over once or twice until they are white. Transfer the chicken to a plate using a slotted spoon.

Add cumin powder, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, chopped onion, garlic and ginger to the oil. Fry for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly, until the onions are golden brown.

Stir in tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, ground fennel seeds and black pepper. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Whip yogurt with wire wisk and add 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly. Fry for another 2-4 minutes.

Add the chicken and sprinkle with salt. Stir to coat the spice mixture evenly. Pour the water evenly over the chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add the cilantro and gently stir the chicken. Cover tightly and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Chicken should be tender to the touch but should not fall apart.

Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Noreen's Kitchen: How to Make Banana Cake




Greetings! Now that we are back into the swing, after all the holiday festivities, we find ourselves wanting something sweet. We have been good for at least a week and the Christmas goodies are all gone and we want some dessert.

We also have some bananas that are going south. Since I don't feel like getting out my dehydrator to deal with the bananas and Molly asked if we could make some banana bread, I thought it might be fun to throw together a banana cake (one of my favorites). This will use up some of those bananas and the rest can be mashed and go into the freezer for the next time I want to make a cake or a banana bread or even a smoothie!

This cake is super simple to make and you just make and serve it in the pan. A nice "snackin" cake is what I like to refer to this as. It reminds me of the "snackin" cakes that you used to be able to get when I was a kid. You don't have to feel like you have to frost this, just let it cool and dig it! It's delicious with or without frosting. But this time I am going to make a chocolate cream cheese frosting to put on top of this, because it will just make it wonderful and who doesn't love chocolate?

Here is what you will need to make this cake:


1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
1 Cup Mashed Bananas
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 TSP Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Prepare 9 x 13 baking pan with butter, oil or cooking spray and set aside.

In mixer bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy.

Add in sugar and allow to cream until completely incorporated.

While butter and sugar are creaming, mix together dry ingredients.

Add eggs, one at a time allowing total incorporation between each addition.

Add in bananas, buttermilk and vanilla, one at a time and incorporate completely.

Add dry ingredients a spoonful at a time, blending on a lower speed until fully incorporated and there are no streaks.

Scrape down bowl to make sure that there are no unmixed.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the cake springs back to the touch or when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.

You can frost or you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or you can leave it plain.

How To Make Double Layered Chocolate Cake

Step 1: Prepare the oven and pans
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the two baking pans with butter, and lightly dust the pans with flour. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the chocolate mixture
In the mixing bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt with the wooden spoon until they're well combined.

Step 3: Make the chocolate batter
Crack the eggs into the mixture and add the milk and oil. Beat on medium speed for one to two minutes until smooth.

Step 4: Mix in vanilla and water or coffee
Add the vanilla to the chocolate batter and beat on slow speed for one minute. Pour the hot water into the mixture and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.

Step 5: Bake the cake layers
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans for 30 to 35 minutes until the center is slightly firm.

Step 6: Toothpick test
Because baking times vary slightly depending on ovens and elevations, do the toothpick test: Insert a toothpick into the center of the cake; when it comes up clean, without any batter or crumbs sticking to it, the cake is done.

Tip
If you don't have a toothpick, use a fork or knife instead.

Step 7: Cool the cake
Place the cake pans on a cooling rack and let them cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Invert the pans onto the rack and let the cake cool completely, about two hours. Put the layers on a cake stand or plate before frosting or serving. Enjoy!

How to make a Minecraft cake - with yoyomax12

This is a long video, but it was the only way to get all the steps in :)

Water blocks:
I used 4 (3oz) 85g packages of jello and that made enough for about 8- 2x2" blocks of "water"
Don't follow package directions, only mix one cup of boiling water for each package of jello (instead of 2). Better to put the jello into a deep container (like a loaf pan) to make sure that your block are big enough.

Sand Blocks:
I used a double recipe of Rice Krispies treats and had LOTS leftover, one recipe would probably have been enough for the cake I made. Make sure you make it thick enough to get the size block you need.

Basic rice krispies treats:
6 cups rice krispies cereal
40 large marshmallows (1 standard package)
3 tablespoons of butter
Melt butter and marshmallows in a large pot on low heat. Once melted, add the cereal and stir until coated. Press mixture into a greased pan.

GRASS BLOCKS
I used this recipe:

I made a double recipe, but to make the cake the video one would have probably been enough. I put the extra cake in the freezer to make cake pops with later :)

1 chocolate cake mix (I used Devil's food chocolate)
1 package chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size)
4 egg whites
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup plus two tablespoons vegetable oil (I say one tablespoon in the video, that was an error)
1 cup sour cream

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix on low until combined and then on medium/high for two minutes more. Scrape the sides and the bottom of the bowl to make sure all ingredients get incorporated. Pour batter into a well greased 9x13 inch pan (or whatever size pan you need to get the thickness of blocks you need.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (or with only a few moist crumbs and the center springs back slightly when pressed)
Let cool in pan for a few minutes and then turn out onto cooling rack(s)

This cake is dense and fudgy and delicious, it is a bit thicker than regular chocolate cake but it is very good and excellent for sculpting.

Frost the tops of the cake blocks with green frosting. This is the buttercream frosting I use:

2/3 cup butter -- softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons cream or milk

Directions:
In a bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating well. Beat in vanilla and enough cream or milk until desired spreading consistency. Beat the mixture for at least five minutes and it should lighten in colour and get very light and fluffy.
Tint the frosting using green paste food colour, you can use liquid food colour as well, but may have to decrease the amount of milk you use or increase the icing sugar a bit to compensate for the extra liquid.
1 batch frosts a 2-layer, 13 x 9-inch cake or about 2 doz cupcakes

Printable minecraft characters/objects.

I printed mine out on white cardstock paper and they were much easier to fold and were more durable. You could give away the paper characters to party guests as well :)

**NOTES**
I will not be answering any substitution questions for the cake. You can use whatever cake recipe you want, I'm only suggesting this cake because it is so easily sculpt-able. The ingredients in the cake are required to make it the way it is.

The jello stayed very stable at room temperature and didn't melt or ooze ever after several hours.

Add the paper decorations just before serving.
If you put the minecraft paper cutouts on the cake place a small piece of plastic wrap between the paper and the frosting to keep the ink in the paper from transferring to the frosting.

Once the frosting crusts up you should be able to cover the whole cake with plastic wrap to transport it to the party if required.
